→Building the ISMS foundation toward ISO 27001 certification, covering governance, policies, risk management and audits.

Head of IT Infrastructure & IT Security
→Architected a scalable, real-time battery-monitoring system processing data down to cell level on Apache Kafka and Quix, with bit-based decoding that turns alarm and status frames into human-readable output.
→Designed the IT-security architecture for networked grid-scale storage — secure OT/IT interfaces on Zero-Trust principles — and automated deployments with CI/CD container pipelines and Ansible.
→Built a hardware/software partner network (Thomas Krenn, Telekom, Influx, Quix) and drove technology and innovation management.

→Developed network, database and IT-security concepts for energy-storage plants and automated previously manual processes.
→Built a support platform joining the InfluxDB cluster and Grafana with Opsgenie and Jira Service Desk.

→Migrated and optimized the checkMK monitoring solution and resolved WSUS reporting issues.
→Hands-on with the Baramundi automation suite, supporting the internal IT team.
European Information & Technology Manager

→Ran and developed the support team, recruited and trained new staff, and organized region-wide user-group meetings.

→Administer the Linux servers of the FMCare project and advise on IT topics.
→Migrating the infrastructure to Docker/containers to make it future-proof and easier to manage.
